Overview
What this foundation
solves.
Recruitment is a coordination problem disguised as a people problem. The job description lives in a doc, applicants arrive by email, screening notes sit in a spreadsheet, interviews are booked from a personal calendar, and referrals are remembered rather than recorded. Every handoff between those tools is a place where a candidate goes quiet and nobody notices.
This foundation puts the whole cycle in one system. A job carries its own applications, pipeline, and hiring team. Candidates move through stages on a board, and every move is written to an activity timeline with who did it and when. Recruitment mail is composed and sent from inside the platform, so correspondence stays attached to the candidate instead of one recruiter's inbox. Employee referrals are a first-class record with their own status, not a forwarded CV.
It is built for HR teams, recruitment agencies, growing startups, and enterprises - anywhere more than one person touches a requisition and leadership eventually asks how the funnel is actually performing. Role and permission management means recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators each see the slice of hiring that belongs to them.

Key Capabilities
What it does
out of the box.
Every capability below is running today. Customization changes how they behave for you - it does not build them.
Hiring Dashboard
Open roles, active candidates, upcoming interviews, and recent activity on one screen, so a standup does not require three tabs.
Job Management
Roles with department, location, employment type, openings, and status. Each job holds its own overview, applications, pipeline, and hiring team.
Candidate Management
Applicants with contact details, source, and current stage, searchable and filterable across every open requisition.
Hiring Pipeline
A drag-and-drop board across applied, screening, shortlisted, interview scheduled, and beyond, with live counts per stage.
Interview Management
Interviews scheduled against a candidate and a job, with panellists assigned and the schedule visible to the whole hiring team.
Activity Timeline
Every stage move, candidate creation, and hiring action recorded with actor and timestamp, browsable by calendar day.
Recruitment Mail
Compose and send candidate email from inside the platform - rich text, attachments, Cc and Bcc - so the thread stays on the record.
Employee Referrals
Staff refer from a job board, track their referrals' progress, and see status without asking a recruiter for an update.

Built-In Features
The engineering
already done.
The work a from-scratch build spends its first two months on. Here it is finished.
Customization
A foundation,
not a product.
Every deployment is customized. Nobody receives the same system twice.
Custom pipeline stages
Your funnel, named your way, with different stage sets per department or role type.
Careers page
A public job board on your domain that posts openings and feeds applications straight into the pipeline.
Calendar integration
Google Calendar or Outlook scheduling with panellist availability, invitations, and reminders.
Job board integrations
Postings pushed to LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed, with applications flowing back into candidates.
Assessments & scorecards
Coding tests, questionnaires, and structured interview scorecards attached to the stage that uses them.
Offer & onboarding
Offer letters, approval chains, and handover into your HR system once a candidate accepts.
This is what clients ask for most often - it is not a menu. If the change you need is not listed, it is still in scope. We fix the specification and the price before development starts.
Delivery Process
From kickoff
to production.
Foundation setup
Deployment, your open roles and departments loaded, pipeline stages configured, users and permissions created.
Business customization
Custom stages, email templates, scorecards, careers page, and calendar or job-board integrations.
Data migration & testing
Existing candidate and requisition data migrated. Recruiters run live roles end to end on real data.
Training & rollout
Recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators trained on their own views. Admin operations documented.
Go live
Production launch with monitoring, and the first 30 days of live hiring run together.
Questions
Talent Management,
answered.
Yes. It ships as Docker containers with the complete source code, and runs on AWS, another cloud, or your own hardware. Teams that will not put candidate data in third-party SaaS run it on their own infrastructure.
Yes. Modules are independent. If you do not run an employee referral programme, that module is switched off and stops appearing in navigation and reporting. Less scope means a shorter timeline.
Yes. Google Calendar and Outlook for scheduling, LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed for postings, and your HR system for post-offer handover. Integration scope is fixed during discovery, so it is priced before we start.
Yes. Stages are configuration, not hard-coded, and you can run different stage sets for different role types - engineering and sales rarely need the same funnel. Approval steps and required fields are customized to how your team actually hires.
No - access is role based. Administrators, recruiters, and hiring managers each get their own view, and you decide whether a hiring manager sees the whole pipeline or only their own requisitions.
Yes. Mail is composed and sent inside the platform, so correspondence stays attached to the candidate record rather than sitting in one recruiter's inbox. Stage moves and candidate actions are separately written to the activity timeline with actor and timestamp.
