Overview

What this foundation
solves.

The usual way to launch a store is to rent a platform and pay for every gap in it. A theme here, an app for reviews, another for coupons, a per-seat fee for staff accounts, and a transaction cut forever. It works until your catalog or your workflow stops looking like everyone else's, and then you are extending someone else's product from the outside.

This foundation is the whole thing in one codebase you own. The storefront handles category browsing, search, wishlist, accounts, and cart-to-checkout. The admin behind it manages products with variants and statuses, orders, customers, coupons, reviews, categories, and homepage banners - with audit logs recording who changed what.

It suits D2C brands, multi-category storefronts, and marketplace operators who expect to customize pricing rules, checkout, or fulfilment, and who would rather pay for engineering once than pay a percentage of revenue indefinitely.

Key Capabilities

What it does
out of the box.

Every capability below is running today. Customization changes how they behave for you - it does not build them.

Product Catalog & Filters

Products with brands, variants, categories, pricing, and active or inactive status. Category landing pages and collections on the storefront.

Cart & Checkout

Cart, wishlist, customer accounts, and a checkout flow built to hold up under load rather than to demo well.

AI Search Assistant

Natural-language product search for customers who describe what they want instead of guessing your category names.

Order Management

Orders with line items, customer, status, and history. Support sees exactly what the customer sees.

Customers

Customer records with order history and account details, so repeat buyers are visible rather than anonymous rows.

Coupons & Promotions

Discount codes and promotional rules managed from the admin, without a developer or a third-party app.

Customer Reviews

Product reviews with moderation, so the ratings on your storefront come from your own data.

Role-Based Access & Audit Logs

Staff roles with scoped permissions, and an audit log recording who changed a price, a product, or an order.

Customization

A foundation,
not a product.

Every deployment is customized. Nobody receives the same system twice.

Payment gateways

Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or a regional processor wired into checkout, with refunds handled in the admin.

Shipping & logistics

Courier integrations, rate calculation, label generation, and tracking pushed back to the customer.

Custom pricing rules

B2B price lists, tiered pricing, bulk discounts, and customer-group pricing.

ERP & accounting sync

Orders, inventory, and invoices synchronized with the system finance already uses.

WhatsApp & SMS

Order confirmations, shipping updates, and abandoned-cart recovery on the channel customers read.

Mobile app

A React Native storefront app sharing the same APIs as the web store.

This is what clients ask for most often - it is not a menu. If the change you need is not listed, it is still in scope. We fix the specification and the price before development starts.

Questions

E-Commerce Platform,
answered.

You own the code. There is no per-seat fee, no transaction percentage, and no app-store dependency for things like coupons or reviews - those are modules in the codebase. The trade-off is that you are responsible for hosting, which is a fixed cost rather than a share of revenue.

Yes, completely. Checkout is application code, not a locked template. Custom fields, B2B flows, split payments, and country-specific requirements are all changes we make in the build.

Any that publishes an API. Razorpay and Stripe are the ones we have integrated most often. The gateway is chosen during discovery and built into checkout during customization.

Yes. The storefront runs on REST APIs, so a React Native app consumes the same backend. It can be scoped into the initial build or added afterwards.

Yes. Roles scope what each person can see and change, and the audit log records who changed a price, product, or order - which matters once a team of ten is touching the catalog.

The stack is Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Redis in Docker containers that scale horizontally. We load test catalog and checkout paths in week four against your expected peak, not a generic number.
